1 - What are the minimum hours for your service?
Both the regular and one-off services have a minimum of 2 hours per visit. The one-off service also has a 6 hour maximum visit.
2 - What will I pay for the service?
Costs for our service vary depending on how many hours you have and where you live. Prices start from as low as £8.50/hour for our regular cleaning and from as little as £7/hour + one payment of £40 for our one-off service. 3 - Are your cleaners vetted?
Yes. We ensure each and every cleaner in our database is interviewed right in their own homes! We also reference check each cleaner with at least 2 references.
4 - Can I meet the cleaner before the first clean?
Of course! We understand personality can be a massive factor in how you get along with your cleaning service so you can meet your cleaner before work begins. During this time you can discuss your expectations of the service or any important details that may need explaining. This also gives you an opportunity to show your cleaner around your home and point out any details or demonstrate how certain equipment works.
5 - Is my cleaner covered for sickness or holiday?
It is entirely up to you. You have the option either to not receive the service for the duration of your regular cleaner's absence or we can arrange for a temporary cleaner for you - at no extra cost!
6 - Will I have to be present when my cleaner comes?
No, our cleaners are vetted and are happy to hold your house keys. We will provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form for your cleaner to sign.
7 - Do I have to supply the cleaning materials?
Yes, our cleaners do not carry their own materials as the majority of our clients prefer to specify the substances used in their homes. Please be aware that due to health and safety bleach is a banned substance.
8 - Can I change my cleaner for another if I am not happy?
Yes, of course. We have a large and varied cleaner base and we’d be happy to assign you someone different if you are unhappy for any reason. Just give us a call.
9 - Do you have insurance cover?
Yes, including £1,000,000 public liability insurance.
10 - Do I get to choose when my cleaning takes place?
Our cleaning service will only ever take place during the times you are happy with. We will endeavour to ensure we have a cleaner who is available when you want them to be.
11 - What happens if my cleaner does not turn up?
In the unlikely event your cleaner does not turn up to clean just get in touch with us. We will contact the cleaner to find out why they did not turn up and, if you so wish, arrange for another cleaner to attend either temporarily or permanently.
